| BONDING |
| This
type of chip is very common when the teeth get older and more brittle.
Also, look at the teeth on each side of the front incisors - we fixed the
fracture and reshaped the lateral incisors to give this patient a fuller
smile.

This
patient had taken a bite out of a swimming pool 15 years before the top
picture was made. Just half an hour later, the bottom photo was made
- Again, no anesthetic was needed.

| BLEACHING |
| Bleaching
is a very effective and safe procedure. We have completed more than
a hundred bleaching cases in this office with a success rate of 96% (as
measured by patient satisfaction). The most common side effect is
cold sensitivity of the teeth, and is seen in 20% of the cases. The
cold sensitivity is transient - that is it goes away, although sometimes
home use of topical fluoride is required.
|
This
case was successfully completed with a combination of abrasion of the
discolored enamel and bleaching.

| TOO
MUCH SODA!! |
| Here
is a less spectacular case which required only five crowns to restore the
patient's upper front teeth.
